Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the Audited results of the Company for the financial year 2007-2008, within three months of the close of the said financial year as on March 31, 2008 i.e. by June 30, 2008.
In view of the above the Company is not publishing the unaudited results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
