Mangalam Timber Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 03, 2008.
2. The Board has recommended a Dividend of Re 0.60 per equity share i.e. 6% on the face
value of the equity share of Rs 10/- each.
