Manoj Housing Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Mukund I Gupta and Mr. Anil K Punjabi, both Directors, tendered their resignations from the Board of Directors of the Company, vide their letters dated June 07, 2008. The Board has accepted their resignations in the Board Meeting held on June 09, 2008. With this they cease to be Directors of the Company.
