Mcleod Russel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish Audited Financial Results of the Company after the merger of The Moran Tea Company (India) Ltd with the Company with effect from April 01, 2007 is completed. The Scheme of Amalgamation has already been approved by the Shareholders of the Company and the matter is now pending before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. As the Company intends to publish consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2008, no Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 will be published by the Company.
