Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 15% for the financial year 2007-2008 for approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors have declared three interim dividends on July 26, 2007, October 27, 2007 and January 31, 2008 aggregating to 30% and the same has also been paid to the shareholders on the due dates.
