National Standard Duncan Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on May 23, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following special business :

1. Alteration in the Articles of Association of the Company by substituting existing Article 4, with the following new Article :

“The Share Capital of the Company is Rs 200,000,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Millions only) divided into 20,000,000 (Twenty Millions) Equity Shares of Rs 10 each”.
