New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2008, has made an allotment of 1560 (One Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty) shares to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercise of Options vested in them.
