With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 04, 2008 regarding Book Closure from April 25, 2008 to May 02, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend, 2007 and 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on May 02, 2008, Nestle India Ltd has now informed BSE that the same Book Closure from April 25, 2008 to May 02, 2008, shall also determine the entitlement of the shareholders to the Interim Dividend for 2008, if any, that may be declared by the Board of Directors.
