Nicco Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that “The Scheme of Arrangement between Nicco Corporation Ltd (NCL) and Nicco Cables Ltd (NCab) for the transfer of the Cables Division of the Company to Nicco Cables Ltd has been duly approved by the Hon’ble High Court at Kolkata on June 30, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the Scheme comes into effect only after filing of the Certified Copy of the Order of the Hon’ble High Court with the office of the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
