NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall be declaring the final audited results for the financial year 2007-08 (April 01, 2007 to March 31, 2008) by June 30, 2008 (i.e. within a period of three months from the end of the financial year).
Therefore, the Company shall not publish the quarterly unaudited results for quarter ended March 31, 2008.
