OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that one of the Transferor Companies M/s. Alchemy Ventures (P) Ltd, in its Board meeting held on May 30, 2008 has not approved the proposed Amalgamation with M/s. Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd.

A communication dated June 03, 2008 in this regards has received from Alchemy Ventures (P) Ltd on June 04, 2008. The said communication received from Alchemy Ventures (P) Ltd informing about the non-approval of proposed Amalgamation shall be placed and to be discussed in the board meeting of the Company to be held on June 30, 2008.
