Oricon Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to change the accounting year of the Company from June ending to March ending, accordingly the current financial year of the Company shall be for a period of nine months i.e. from July 01, 2007 to March 31, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company shall submit the audited financial results for the quarter / nine months period ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30 2008 instead of submitting the unaudited financial results for the said period, on or before April 30, 2008.
