Orient Information Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company at their court convened meeting held on April 08, 2008 have approved the scheme of arrangement, with some modifications, between Marketplace Technologies Pvt Ltd and Orient Information Technology Ltd and IT People (India) Ltd and their respective shareholders, with requisite majority.
