Parle Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved allotment of an aggregate of 1,05,00,000 Bonus Shares in the ratio of Three (3) New Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each against every One (1) existing Equity Share of Rs 10/- each fully paid up to the holders of existing equity shares of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members of the Company on the Book Closure Date determined for the purpose.
