Patspin India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company propose to publish the Audited Financial Results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of Financial Year i.e. by June 30, 2008. Hence, the Company is not publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008, which is due by April 30, 2008.
