Petron Engineering Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is the sub-contractors for Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd for setting up a Power Plant for National Thermal Power Corporation at Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur Dist., Bihar.
Many workers who have been engaged by the Company have been agitating for their charter of demands and have resorted to illegal indefinite strike w.e.f. April 12, 2008.
