Phoenix Mills Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to an Order made on the March 07, 2008, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on April 15, 2008, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in ?the Scheme of Arrangement (’the Scheme’) between Ruia Real Estate Development Company Pvt Ltd (Transferor Company) and The Phoenix Mills Ltd (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
