Pokarna Ltd has informed BSE that the ‘Revisional Authority’ has allowed the revision application filed by the Company challenging demand of Rs 237.43 Lakhs.

The Company had filed a revision application pursuant to Rule 35A of the Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966, challenging the demand notice issued by the Assistant Director of Mines & Geology, Tekkali, Andhra Pradesh demanding payment of Rs 237.43 Lakhs. The Hon’ble Revisional Authority was pleased to reject the contention of the revenue and accordingly allowed the revision application of the Company.
