Power Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed an MoU with RITES Ltd on March 27, 2008, whereby both the parties have agreed to combine their resources and expertise to the facilitate import of coal from African countries and elsewhere to address the problem of power deficit in India.
