Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited financial results for the (4th) quarter ended March 31, 2008 and also for the year ended March 31, 2008 within 3 months i.e. by June 30, 2008. Hence, un-audited financial results for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2008 will not be published.
