Prakash Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have approved with requisite & overwhelming majority, an Ordinary Resolution for “Sell / transfer or otherwise dispose off by way of slump sale or otherwise one of the undertaking of the Company, viz. Worsted Woolen Yarn Unit situated at Silvassa Dadar & Nagar Haveli”.
