PSL Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been awarded with yet another series of prestigious orders encompassing supply of Steel Pipes for both Oil and Water Pipelines aggregating to Rs 1.225 Crores from two prestigious Companies namely Larsen & Toubro Ltd & HPCL - Mittal Pipelines Ltd as per following details:

1. CONTRACT FROM LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD:

Under this contract, which is related to 220 KM long Barmer Pipeline for water transport, the Company would tabricate and coat MS Pipes of various diameters and supply the same from the Company’s Jaipur facility to Larsen & Toubro Ltd. The aggregate value of the said contract is approximately Rs 308 Crores.

2. CONTRACT FROM HPCL - MITTAL PIPELINES LTD:

Under this contract, the Company is required to supply the entire requirement of 1024 KM of Steel Pipes to HPCL ? Mittal Pipelines Ltd for its Mundra Bhatinda Crude Oil carrying line. The subject pipes would be supplied from the Company’s facilities located at Kandla in Gujarat. The aggregate value of the said contract would be approximately Rs 917 Crores.

The awarding of the aforesaid two contracts valuing approximately Rs 1.225 Crores by the above mentioned two Companies of high repute will assist in Company achieving its desired objectives of the current Financial Year 2008-09.
