Rajesh Strips Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider and adopt the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 along with Auditors Report thereon.

2. To consider and recommend dividend for the year 2007-08.

3. To fix date of AGM.
