Rane Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2008, inter alia, has not recommended any further dividend.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. D Vijay Mohan has been co-opted as an additional Director of the Company, with effect from June 09, 2008.
