Ras Extrusions Ltd has informed BSE that the restructuring exercise is progressing well with Essel Propack Ltd as the Co-Promoters.

BIFR had a meeting on June 16, 2008, and the operating agency IDBI had a meeting on June 17, 2008.

At the meeting the Draft Rehabilitation scheme was approved. This would now to be circulated by BIFR to all concerned. After this, the formal approval would be received.
