Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Annual Results of the Company for the financial year 2007-08 and to consider the recommendation of dividend to the shareholders of the Company.
