Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to take on record the audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of 3 months from the Financial Year ending March 31, 2008 i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.

Therefore, the Company will not publish the Un-audited results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2008.
