Rasoya Proteins Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited Yearly Results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008, within three months from the end of the financial year i.e. March 31, 2008.

Hence, the Company will not publish its unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2008, within one month i.e. before April 30, 2008.
