Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its last meeting decided to publish the Audited Financial Results for the year 2007-2008 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year. In other words the Company would publish the Audited Results for the Financial Year 2007-2008 on or before June 30, 2008.

In view at the above, the Company would not publish the Unaudited Financial Results for the 4th - last quarter of the Financial Year 2007-2008.
