Rayban Sun Optics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008 has appointed Mr. Anshu Gupta as the additional director of the Company w.e.f. May 01, 2008. Subject to the approval of the shareholders, the Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Anshu Gupta as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 01, 2008 for a term of 3 years.
