With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled “Duty evasion: Court tells Raymond to pay up Rs 32 crore”, Raymond Ltd has clarified to BSE that this is an interim order of the Hon. Bombay High Court and the case is yet to be decided by the Hon. Court on the merits of the case.
Further the Company clarified that the Company has always been and shall continue to co-operate with the Government authorities in their investigations.
