RDB Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the De-merger Committee of the Company, at its meeting held on April 03, 2008 have given their, in principal, approval to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger of Real Estate Undertaking of the Company into RDB Realty & Infrastructure Ltd.
