Refex Refrigerants Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has promoted a Company M/s. Sherisha Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. The main object of the Company among others, will be to engage itself in the business relating to refrigerant gases similar to that of the Company apart from investing / acquiring Companies engaged in the similar business either in India or abroad.
