Reliance Communications Ltd has announced the following Audited Consolidated results for the year ended March 31, 2008:

The Group has posted a profit after tax (after adjustment of Minority Interest & Associates) of Rs 54011.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 31675.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 144682.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 190677.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.

The figures for the consolidated year ended March 31, 2007 are Unaudited.
