Reliance Energy Ltd has announced the following Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008:

The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 10846.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 8014.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 65752.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 75012.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.

The Consolidated results are as follows:

The Group has posted a profit after tax after minority interest and share of associates of Rs 11782.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 8344.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 77745.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 97600.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.
