JM Financial Consultants Pvt Ltd (”Manager to the Buyback”) on behalf of Reliance Energy Ltd (”Target Company”) has issued a Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders / Beneficial owners of the Target Company, which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Original Public Announcement (”PA”) dated March 07, 2008, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 1998 (the “Regulation”) as amended. The Buyback Offer Opening has been rescheduled to March 25, 2008.
