Remsons Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2008, has unanimously decided to further invest up to
Rs 1,50,00,000 in one or more tranches in the equity capital of Orschein Remsons
Technologies Pvt Ltd, the joint venture Company.

The Board of Directors also noted the progress made on the sale / transfer of leasehold
property at Kandivli, Mumbai.
