Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider Amalgamation of M/s. Verigold Fine Jewellery Pvt Ltd. and M/s. L J Creations Pvt Ltd. both wholly owned subsidiaries with the Company pursuant to the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable law.
