With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 14, 2008 regarding Board Meeting on March 21, 2008, Restile Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 22, 2008 instead of March 21, 2008, as intimated earlier, inter alia, to approve the draft letter of offer for the proposed Rights Issue.
