Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended June 30, 2008 and to recommend dividend if any, for the financial year ended June 30, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the last quarter ended on June 30, 2008 will not be published by the Company.
