Rubber Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. S Paramasivan as a Director to fill casual vacancy created by resignation of Mr. M N Singh, Mr. S Paramasivan is an independent Director and is not related to the other Board members in any manner.

2. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. S Paramasivan as the member of the Remuneration Committee in place of Mr. M N Singh.
