1. Shri. Navin Khandelwal was appointed as Additional Director on the Board.

2. Shri. Manish Jain was appointed as Additional Director on the Board.

3. Shri. Suneet Shukla was appointed as Nominee Director of IFCI Ltd in place of Shri. R P Singh.
