Sagar Tourist Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 instead of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 on or before May 31, 2008. Hence, the Company will not be publishing un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
