Sahyadri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish its Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year 2007-2008 i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.

In view of the above, the Company will not publish Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter ending on March 31, 2008.
