Salora International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008; and to take on record Audited Financial Results for publication.

2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the year 2007-2008.

In view of the publishing of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008, the Company are not publishing Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter.
