Sam Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, to consider and take on record, the unaudited financial results and the Segment-wise Financial Report of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 and to consider and discuss the proposal for declaring dividend on the 9% Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares of Rs 100/- each.
