Sangam India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 10, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following matters:

1. Consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Recommendation of Dividend for the financial year 2007-2008, if any.
