Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that the Members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot with requisite majority, authorized the Board of Directors :

1. To borrow upto Rs 1,000 Crores.

2. To create Security upto Rs 1,000 Crores by way of mortgage / charge on the properties of the Company.
