Sanguine Media Ltd has informed BSE that June 23, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for determination of entitlement of issue of Equity Shares on “Rights” basis to the existing equity shares of the Company in the ratio of one equity share for every one equity share held, at a price of Rs 23/- per equity share (i.e. Rs 10/- face vale and Rs 13/- Premium).
