Sanmitra Commercial Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 within three months i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.

Hence the Unaudited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008 will not be published.
